From slow cooked, whole suckling pig, to four bird roast, there is guaranteed to be a delicious, traditional meal for all tastes. The whole suckling pig is served with roast potatoes, apple sauce and seasonal vegetables; a British classic! The Four Bird roast consists of partridge, pheasant, turkey and poussin.
