Brill's Red Lion Pub Releases Their 2011 Christmas Menu

This festive season the Red Lion in Brill is offering visitors more than just a ‘Christmas lunch’. They have designed a menu to allow customers and their friends to enjoy an evening of festive delights.

Nov. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- This Christmas Season, the Red Lion Pub in Brill is offering visitors much more than simply a ‘Christmas lunch’. They have created a menu to allow customers and their friends to partake in an evening of festive wonders. Carved for parties at the table by Red Lion staff, visitors will be treated like royalty!

The main course features a range of delicious festive foods. From slow cooked, whole suckling pig, to four bird roast, there is guaranteed to be a delicious, traditional meal for all tastes.

The whole suckling pig is served with roast potatoes, apple sauce and seasonal vegetables; a British classic! The Four Bird roast consists of partridge, pheasant, turkey and poussin. This is aimed towards those with more gourmet tastes. It is served with seasonal veggies, roast potatoes and stuffing. The menu also contains beef wellington, whole poached salmon, and slow cooked beef rib. There is also a broad range of starters and puddings.
