Service Writer Training by Vonconcepts - Open Enrollment

Oct. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Vonconcepts opens the floodgates, offering its Service Training Curriculum across the nation. For years the economy has forced its way on the motorcycle industry changing the way the public interacts with the dealership base in America. With sales of new units harder and harder to close, the service department remains an area of fiscal growth. Dealers should capitalize on their service department sales to grow and maintain their dealership brand.

Now Vonconcepts shares its insights built over decades in the Service Industry. Serving as Ducati North America’s training source for the 2010‐2011 seasons, Vonconcepts has de‐branded the course making it available to individual dealers. Held at The Palms, Las Vegas, NV… this 2‐day course is broken into 2 main components. The first day is personality and communications based, stressing the importance of “Relationships” with our client‐base. The second day is packed with Efficiency and Productivity morsels that are designed to directly affect the bottom line of the dealership.

Las Vegas provides ease of travel, a basis of entertainment, and is easy on the budget as Vonconcepts has arranged for group discounting at the Palms... Plus breakfast and lunch are provided on training days. After successfully completing the on‐site training, attendees will gain One Year’s Access to the online curriculum and communications side of Vonconcepts’ Website, allowing them to continue the conversation begun in training.
