Oct. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Mary Kay Wedel a resident from Monmouth Beach and Diane Allen from Mount Laurel, New Jersey will co-deliver a session entitled:  Building Strategic Thinking Skills: An Essential Human Resources Competency, at the 20th Annual Garden State Council Society for Human Resource Management (GSC SHRM) Conference and Expo scheduled for October 25, 2011 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

The workshop introduces how to build the most sought after competency for executive level Human Resources professionals. Participants gain an understanding of the vital components of thinking strategically and how to apply those principles in daily activities. HR leaders discover how to leverage current strategic thinking styles and strategic thinking tools that promote high level engagement and value.
