R4i SDHC error "Save file not found" trouble-shooting

Oct. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Recently,a few customer reflect  that their R4i SDHC don't work for '' save file not found" error.

I have just bought an R4i SDHC  R4i - SDHC Upgrade card in a red box from

I have formatted the micro sd card with FAT32 and installed the software
(R4i SDHC Software V1.46b)I downloaded the software from http://r4card-ds.co.uk/pages/R4i-SDHC-card-Setup-Guide-c-12.html

I then created a new folder in the root of the micro sd card called Games & copied a game to it that I know works on a regular DS with an R4 card.

When I insert it into my R4i card & boot up my DSi the game appears in the list but when I select it I get an error saying savfile not found Please reset system

I have copied over an existing sav file but still got the error. I then created a blank sav file by renaming a .txt file but still got the error........can anyone help please?

Here we noticed that the customer may mistakenly put all the files in the folder of the memory card,please note all the files including the nds roms should put into the root of the micro sd card directly.
