Oct. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Select Driver Training Rhyl was set up by David Hamilton in 2005 to provide driver training around Denbigh, St Asaph, Abergele, Rhyl and Prestatyn in North Wales. In the last 6 years Select Driver Training Rhyl has established a reputation for offering quality driving lessons at an affordable price.

Pass rates are high but that only tells you half the story. David firmly believes his role is to help you develop the skills to survive on today’s busy roads. With this in mind all students receive driver training in the most up to date driving techniques. That’s the best way to help you pass your driving test.

Patient and friendly instruction is also guaranteed. Every student is different, David will always do his best to help you relax and enjoy the lesson.  

David has been a fully qualified driving instructor for over 6 years. He has over 30 years off road driving experience as a farmer driving tractors, 4x4s, towing heavy trailers and riding bikes. David also has 27 years on the road driving experience, a full motorcycle licence and has two advanced driving tests under his belt. With this level of knowledge and experience all students will receive the very highest level of driver training.

As well as the standard learner driver training David also offers the following courses to full licence holders.

Pass plus registered - extra training for newly qualified young drivers. Please contact David for further details.
Motorway training - ideal for newly qualified drivers or for more experienced drivers who lack confidence driving on motorways.  
Defensive and Eco friendly driving courses - driver training in the most up to date driving techniques. Ideal for full licence holders who wish to update their knowledge.
Refresher courses - ideal for parents or partners who wish to help learner drivers with private practice.
Confidences building courses - ideal for nervous drivers or for someone who hasn’t driven for a while.

David currently uses a safe Eco friendly Hyundai i20 as a training vehicle. Safety and comfort features include:
