Comply365 Adds Staff to Software Engineering Team

Oct. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Roscoe, IL –October 7, 2011 - Comply365 is delighted to announce Booshan Bharath has joined the company as a Solution Architect.

Mr. Bharath will be responsible for designing new solutions and enhancing existing products as Comply365 continually brings innovative solutions to market. His extensive technology, solution design, application architecture and project management experience will add depth to our software team.

Bharath brings over 10 years of technology development and integration experience with Delta Air Lines as well as senior consulting experience with Cap Gemini. His leadership and extensive knowledge base with technologies, architecture and implementation will be a tremendous asset to Comply365 customers. “Booshan’s reputation for designing and implementing solutions that work is outstanding,” explained Dude Frank, Chief Technology Officer for Comply365. “His extensive airline and enterprise experience will definitely help us accelerate our development efforts,” added Frank.

Bharath also brings specialized safety expertise and advanced certifications to the team. Bharath has played significant roles in development and rollout of Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) programs. “Our clients will undoubtedly benefit from Bharath’s proven airline expertise, AQP and learning management knowledge base, and report development track record.” said Kerry Frank, Chief Executive Officer. “We continually look for top talent, and we are thrilled to have Booshan join our team,” added Frank.

Bharath received a Bachelor of Science degree in Avionics from ASI in New Delhi, India and a Master of Science in Computer Science/Software Development from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Comply365 is also pleased to announce Nathan Fast has joined the company as a Software Engineer.

Nathan has worked with Comply365 as an intern and consultant over the past two years, during which time he made many key contributions to the development of the Comply365 software suite. In his new role, he will play an instrumental part in the ongoing enhancement and development of the Comply365 software suite. Nathan received Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Mathematics from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, IN. He began his career as an IT Security Analyst at McDonald’s Corporation.

“Nathan is a strong developer with a natural ability to simplify the user experience,” said Dude Frank.  “Nathan has already played a significant role in bringing new functionality to our existing suite, particularly on the LMS and mobile applications.” added Frank.
