Successful   training in the Basic Course could enable trainees to receive a DSI Certification. The depth of course content would gradually increase to advanced levels with progression of time and based on the individual’s responses to the training exercise. Variety- a new voice and new face, every day.
This comprehensive training from diverse experts is to bring in variety in 30% of the program. The varied specialists would act as resource persons passing out information that a woman generally needs in her daily life. The same effort would also ensure that the learning happens on one more count: Learning English in more than one way- by listening/interacting with experts drawn from varied specializations. This attempt is to expose trainees to new subjects/knowledge while also ensuring that they pick up words/phrases enhancing the learning outcomes of English as a language. Listening to different voices; varied talking styles/expression also could lead to renewed interest by the trainee throughout the training program.
Training in IT would enable the trainees to open an email account/write a letter using MS Word/ search information from the net/ learn to network on the social media. More curious learners could compare notes/go for advanced learning going online- to gain knowledge beyond what they learnt from experts at DSI.
DSI has created and designed a project that in one sweep addresses several major issues. It needs people’s participation and support.
The initial response from the target group is phenomenal. To keep up the tempo and convert this enthusiasm into real gains accomplished individuals in industry/government and other walks of like please support this initiative.
This is a noble task. You give your time and share your knowledge. You are putting your spare time to good use. Sharing could enhance the purpose of one’s life. Empowering another individual has no match and the returns could never be measured in monetary terms.
Project: Woman Accomplished has taken off quite well. In view of the encouraging response we now propose to make a public announcement of this initiative so that more people could benefit from this project.
