Incontinent Cat Wins Prize for Owner

Oct. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- An Illinois woman and her nervous cat won a $50.00 Visa® Gift Card when stress caused a “wetness” problem – for the cat, not the woman.

The $50.00 prize was awarded by Transit systems, Inc., a nationwide provider of shipping and moving services. Visitors to the company’s Facebook page were asked to share moving tips and stories. The winning “tip” came from Eve – the woman, not the cat. To quote Eve:

"Do not - NOT - take your cat out of its carrier to comfort it in the parking lot of the title company before the closing, no matter how frightened and shaking it seems. It will [urinate] on you. However, that does make everyone move very quickly at the signing."

Since many moves involve closing on the new home, the tip was eligible for the random drawing that determined the winner. And thus Eve has extra cash to use on cat food and cat litter, or perhaps to pay off dry cleaning bills.
