“The last 3 years in Customer Experience were fascinating - the next 3 will be even harder”

Ingrid Lindberg, Chief Experience Officer, CIGNA - Quadruple award winner in 2011, joins IQPC Exchange in a quick-fire round to discuss how her business has evolved over the past year, the biggest investment and the greatest challenge moving into 2012.

IQPC Exchange: You’re the top-rated speaker at the Customer Experience 2011 and you’ve won over four awards this year alone, why do you think that is?

I Lindberg: Great question, Helen, and thank you so much for the call out on that. I think why we’re getting so much attention and why we’re winning so many awards and why people like what we’re saying is that we are doing something that everyone has been asking this industry to do for years. For years people who are users of healthcare, regardless of what country you live in, have really been asking for people to listen to them, make it easier for them, make the industry easier for them to do business with, to give helpful information and we figured out a way to not only do that by changing a company, but we’re really driving towards changing an industry - and I think that people really get excited about something that helps a company help people, especially when you’re on the receiving end of that help.
