A Month of Bash The Monster At Brownstone Park, Portland, CT

Oct. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Bash the Monster 2011!

Bash It the entire month! The Bash the Monster weekend was so popular last year, Brownstone is extending it to include every weekend in October. Fan favorites including Bash-the-Monster Pumpkin Launch, Day and nighttime Zip Lining and Rock Climbing starting this Saturday.

Rock Climbing and Zip Lines will be open Saturday & Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. These are dry zip lines, guests will not get wet. A unique opportunity to zipline at night.


Pumpkin Chunkin' Every Weekend in October

All month features Pumpkin Chunkin' from their catapult!. Each pumpkin launch costs $3 to $5 with proceeds going to the local food bank. Guests are encouraged to celebrate the season by wearing Halloween costumes with your friends and family!

The second annual Pumpkin Chunkin' Contest will be held Oct. 22. For this special event, Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts get 20% off the Adventure Sports Pass admission and one free pumpkin to launch.  Reservations are suggested to ensure we have enough pumpkins, and costumes are optional.
