Derek Daniels Presents ‘Fundamentals of Litigation Management’

Sept. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Derek M. Daniels co-presented 'Fundamentals of Litigation Management' to insurance adjusters on behalf of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM).  The presentation educated attendees about the handling of the litigation process from the initial review of the claim, selection of defense counsel, development and monitoring of litigation budgets, and claim resolution to post-resolution analysis.
