Derek Daniels Presents at PLDF's 2011 Annual Conference on Causation Defense & e-Record Defense

Sept. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Derek M. Daniels, Shareholder at McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig & Puig, P.A., presented ‘Medical Malpractice: Causation Defense Update and a Primer on e-Records Defense Preparation’ to attendees of the Professional Liability Defense Federation’s (PLDF) 2011 Annual Conference.  

Mr. Daniels’ presentation focused on the no-causation defense strategy in medical negligence cases.  Mr. Daniels’ offered attendee’s new insights in causation defense preparation.  He also discussed the impact of electronic records and clinical pathways on liability claims.
