| Annual Rest & Relaxation in Puerto Rico 2011Once a year our Owners, Assistant Managers, & Administrators from all across the nation take a weekend get-a-way to recharge their batteries at our annual R&R vacation. This year, they took over a resort in the beautiful Puerto Rico!
By: Donielle Brickner Some of our owners participated in a dodge ball tournament for charity, while some of our administrators enjoyed a swim through the beautiful blue waters to the near by Palomino Island, where Johnny Depp filmed a portion of Pirates of the Caribbean. There was a pirate themed dinner party everyone attended on the beach where their was live music staged on a pirate ship and endless food and cocktails. While it was mostly play, our teams came together to recognize not one, but TWO promotions of owners in our business to Organizational Consultants. It was a special place to celebrate them and their huge achievements. Part of Team TAG's company culture is all about "sharpening your saw." One of our owner Jaime Hepp's most recommended books is Stephen Covey's 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE. The book talks about how the act of sharpening your saw means excersizing all four dimensions of our human nature, (physical, mental, social/emotional, and spiritual) regularly and consistently in order to maintain a healthy balance so that we can continue to be proactive in our lives personally and professionally. Renewing your four dimensions provides you the strength and leadership you need to move your life forward. In Puerto Rico, all four dimensions were able to be hit for our management team. While it takes dedication to invest your time in sharpening your saw, if you can visit these every week, it will set you up for success to lead a healthier, more well balanced life! # # # Outsources sales & consulting for Fortune 500 companies.
