Team TAG Raises over $600 for Operation Smile

CULVER CITY, Calif. - Aug. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Team TAG Raises over $600 for Operation Smile

Team TAG raised over $600 in donations for children who need cleft lip and palate surgeries after a month of fundraising.

Operation Smile is a worldwide children's charity organization that helps treat facial deformities such as cleft lips & cleft palates. They held their national Week of Smiles during the 2^nd week of August this year. One surgery costs around $240 dollars. The team raised enough to change two children's lives.

The team held team nights at Shakeys Pizza Parlor and Buffalo Wild Wings where a portion of the profits would be donated to Operation Smile.  The team had a great time eating wings and pizza for a good cause.  During both team nights we had cans to collect donations from patrons of the restaurant.

During the week our Human Resources team sold snacks and water calling it “Snacks for Smiles”.  They raised over $400 from all the hungry reps in the office!

Human Resources Manager, Ellesse said about the fundraisers, “Operation Smile is great organization that helps changes peoples lives in more ways than one.  It gives a gift that keeps on giving and makes a big impact on the world.”
