Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- InWard Motion begins its Corporate Wellness Program with Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc today. InWard Motion works diligently to provide a well rounded Wellness Program, which has become increasingly popular and believes in providing the best team possible to help companies and its associates perform at their full potential.

In this particular program, participants have access to a full Wellness program starting with the Real Body Boot Camp fitness classes each week. RBBC not only provides a total body conditioning workout but caters it to the participants who want an innovative workout that fits his or her schedule with ease.

Wellness and Life Coaching lunch-and-learn seminars will be held each month by Kai Stone and Sandra Crews. Both of which are qualified Wellness and Life Coaches, respectively. These seminars will cover areas such as nutrition, life balance, sleep, exercises and techniques to reduce stress and how to achieve goals and even address the participants own metabolic type.

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in a Weight Loss Challenge or Fit Challenge, or both. The Weight Loss Challenge is similar to The Biggest Loser competition in that the participant that has the highest percentage of weight loss by the end of the Challenge wins. The Fit Challenge is a point based system that rewards employees' participation in the lunch and learns, boot camp classes and outside fitness activities.

Daniel Ward has worked with Greg Justice, president of the Association of Professional Personal Trainers and a veteran in corporate wellness. he says, "We know that without proper nutrition and regular intensive exercise the body breaks down into a state of disease. When this happens, companies lose out on their most important and valuable asset - their employee."

When it comes to Wellness, “This trend has been going on for a while, and it will continue to do so,” says Kerry Drake, president/CEO of Wright & Percy Insurance. “Health care is no longer an HR issue; it’s an economic issue with far-reaching impact across the organization.”
