iDS Adds Two Directors to Staff to Improve Delivery of Services

These additions to the iDS team serve to strengthen and improve the delivery of services to the company’s law firm and corporate clients.

Brennan serves as the director of the company’s project management office, where she develops and implements project management processes and standards across iDS's service lines. She also plans, monitors and executes projects to consistently meet time-sensitive and critical client objectives within budget. Brennan has more than 16 years of law firm experience managing all aspects of complex, multi-party settlement negotiations, arbitrations and litigation. Formerly a partner in a Washington, D.C. law firm, Brennan supervised multiple litigation teams and projects by evaluating workflow, staffing, deadlines, and budget targets and managing resources to consistently meet time-sensitive and critical client objectives. She has conducted trainings for partners, associates and staff on e-Discovery case law developments and best practices, provided strategic advice on means to align litigation goals with e-Discovery obligations while mitigating risk and containing costs, and overseen large-scale ESI collections and reviews in multi-million dollar insurance and commercial disputes. In addition to her law degree, Ms. Brennan holds a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.

Grobbel serves as the director of the company’s business and engagement management team, where he develops new and existing client engagements across iDS's consulting and e-Discovery service lines. He collaborates with the project management office and expert consultants to develop work plans to monitor and execute projects that consistently meet time-sensitive and critical client objectives within budget. Grobbel has more than 18 years of business development and engagement management experience supervising all aspects of complex, multi-party litigation, regulatory matters and internal fraud investigations. Formerly a senior manager in a Washington, D.C. accounting firm, Grobbel was the originator and lead on a multi-nation foreign corrupt practices act (FCPA) investigation and managed computer forensic and forensic accounting teams. He also has extensive antitrust experience involving Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Second Requests. He has conducted continuing legal education classes, published articles and participated in several conferences as a panelist on a variety of topics. In addition, Mr. Grobbel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Certificate in Fire Protection Engineering and is a licensed Fraud Examiner (CFE).
