Icon News: Lew Marklin Remembers 911 with Richard Gage A.I.A.

Sept. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Hollywood, CA- Icon News remembers 911 with America as host, Lew Marklin interviews architect and founder of 911truth.org Richard Gage A.I.A. about what he believes really happened on September 11, 2001, via skype from his offices in Berkley, CA.  Richard Gage produced the documentary 9/11 Blueprint for Truth along with founding Architects and Engineers for Truth.
Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth is an American non-profit organization of architects, engineers, and demolition experts who dispute the results of official investigations into the September 11 attacks, including the 9/11 Commission Report. It advocates that the World Trade Center was destroyed by explosive demolition, a position generally considered by others to be a 9/11 conspiracy theory.

Founded in 2006, the group demands that the United States Congress pursue "a truly independent investigation" into the September 11 attacks as government agency investigations into the collapse of the World Trade Center have not addressed what it calls "massive evidence for explosive demolition." As of March 2011, the group's petition to Congress was signed by nearly 1,500 architectural and engineering professionals. The mainstream scientific and engineering community has generally rejected the position taken by the group.
Gage who has been at the center of many debates on Fox News, CNN and other major outlets and speaking tours has been called everything from genius to crackpot conspiracy theorist.  Of Gage, Lew Marklin says "I enjoyed hearing Mr. Gage's perspective on the attacks on the World Trade center because it causes my mind and spirit to stir and think about those events, the possibilities and rally within myself to find answers and solutions.  I am sure that our viewers will feel the same way.  I do not know that I agree with everything that Mr. Gage has to say, but sometimes it's not a matter of being right or wrong, but rather entering other possibility factors for consideration, so that the argument can gain fresh insight and we can explore the thoughts of others, which lead to new discovery and often times revelation of unexpected truths.  I think that is what good journalism is, is to set aside my own preconceived notions and perspectives and allow someone the opportunity to make an impact on my thinking and vice versa.
