Wellionnaire-Motivational Speaker Deborah Matthews

Sept. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- Wellionnaire Guru, Deborah Matthews was the special guest speaker for the Annual Instillation of Officers for the Democratic Women of San Bernadino County. The event was held in a beautiful garden setting at a private residence.  President Linda Gonzalez, along with Vice President Tammy Wetzel and  Marcela Ramirez were on hand to honor those who were newly appointed  It was also an opportunity to discuss the challenges that lie ahead for San Bernardino and the rest of the country.

Guests were both entertained and informed as Matthews delivered a powerful message of hope and sustainability during these challenges times.  

Matthews is fast becoming the "new expert financial consultant" introducing the new breed of folks who are putting their health and wealth together to become "Wellionnaires".  She has provided services to San Francisco Bay Area residents for a number of years and recently decided to go "Global". As a locally owned independently operated real estate company, Our Land Realty & Funding.

Living in Berkeley, with more than 25 years in community service, Matthews continues to stay engaged in progressive change for positive home appreciation values and living green. What better place to hone her skills in a culturally diverse city with a small population and a big reputation.

Matthews is currently Chairperson, Zoning Commissioner, the City of Berkeley appointed by Mayor Tom Bates, Wesley Foundation University of California Board of Directors, and has previously served as chairperson of the Housing Advisory Commission. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Berkeley YMCA and remains on The Merritt College Real Estate Industry Advisory Board. In addition, she is a member of National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and The Berkeley Board of Realtors. Deborah feels providing this community service has given her an opportunity to augment her knowledge of community and city needs. In addition to opening her awareness, the commissions have given her insightful knowledge that can be shared with her clients.
