By: Jessica As for the pick, Tiger Woods said he is "honored" to be a captain's pick for the U.S. Presidents Cup team and indicated he believes he belongs on the squad despite his recent struggles. "They wanted me on the team and I'm honored to be part of the team," Woods said. "It's a wonderful mix of younger guys and older veterans. I'm excited to get down there and play." Woods went 5-0 in the Presidents Cup two years ago with his Golf Clubs Sale at Harding Park in San Francisco and was 3-1 at last year's Ryder Cup in Wales.
