-- myStaffingPro, a SaaS applicant tracking system, has released a new Facebook application that allows candidates to apply for positions from the company’s Facebook page.
“The Facebook app enables our customers to quickly and easily increase their job posting exposure to the vast Facebook user base. Through the app, candidates gain access to search and apply to job openings without having to leave Facebook,” said Ruth Ann Stover, director of sales. “The result is a high-touch job seeker experience allowing candidates to apply in a platform they are comfortable with.”
The application includes adding a jobs tab to the company’s Facebook page. From the jobs tab, candidates can search for job openings by the same criteria as their website as well as register for future job notifications. On the search results, candidates can select the job title to read more about the position and apply.
“It was important to provide candidates with a familiar experience through the Facebook app. Our development team went the extra mile to make sure that the branding, color scheme, configuration, and results were consistent with those listed on the company’s website,” said certified usability analyst and chief information officer Jennifer Brogee.
