Invest in yourself and look into the home based business industry!

Aug. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- The best business advice I was ever given:, " Invest in yourself first".  That came from a gentleman that I worked for years ago by the name of Tom Hopkins.  Tom is considered  to be one of the top sales trainiers in the world.  And that advice turned out to be worth it's weight in gold.  No matter what industry you are in, your compensation is in direct proportion to your worth.  The greatest asset you have is you.

We were all born to be successful, happy well balanced individuals, it is just a lot of us are out of balance and we need to find a way to get balance.  If you go to a book store today you will see the bookshelves loaded wih books on personal development and self improvement.  We are all trying to get better and improve ourselves.  Some people are just trying to find a way to be happy.  Trying to feel good about themselves.  You see success and happiness is not determined by your pocket book and bank account.  You need to have balance.  People who have become wealthy at the expense of others are unually pretty miserable, but people who have built their wealth by making other people wealthy tend to have a much diffent dimeanor.  That is one of the reasons so many people today endorse the network marketing industry. The way wealth is created in this industry is by creating wealth for others.

Ben Franklin was a considered to be a very wise person and one of my favorite quotes which has been attributed to him is "Empty the coins of your purse into your mind and your mind will fill your purse with coins".  What Ben was saying way back then was, learn from other people and expand your mind.  When you continue to learn you continue to bring value to the world.

I am involved with the home based business industry and almost every millionaire that I have ever know believe's in this philosophy.  You need to always be trying to learn more, to learn from those that have been there.  In my industry I believe one of the greatest teachers is Dani Johnson.  Dani has an amazing and inspiring story, from homeless to self made millionaire in just a few years in her early 20's. You can have the greatest attitude in the world, but unless you have the financial vehicle to get there you will never get rich.  That is were the home based business industry comes in. With the economy the way it is today, the popularity of social networks, and the success of the interent, there has never been a better time to get involved.  We are linked all around the world.

I mean let's face it, there is no security in corporate America anymore.  I just came from one of those meetings were we are looking at improved software for scheduling appointments.  What does that mean, when it gets perfected we will lay off some of our staff!! Do you know how hard that is to look someone in the eye and tell them that you have to let them go!!  We know that has a terrible impact of their lives, but that is the world we live in today. Corporations are not evil but they are not personable either.  You need to find a way to protect yourself financially and home based business' or network marketing companies offer you the chance to start your own business without risking thousands of dollars.  

If you have an entrepeneurial spirit and you are looking for some security you really need to look into this industry.  Network marketing has created more millionairs then any other industry in the world.  World Wide it is estimated that there are 36 million people involved and the industry genereates $40 billion dollars in sales.  I don't know about a lot of things but I do know that if you plug into the right system with the right company you can change your life forever.
