PRLog -- The Haul-Out team recently received a surprise at a local residence in Levittown, a suburb located just outside of Philidelphia. Our guys anticipated a routine job removing unwanted appliances and debris from a customer's back yard. The task included the deconstruction of an old tarp-covered brick barbecue that had been sitting unused and slightly damaged behind the elderly couple's home for years. When they removed the tattered tarp that had been covering the brick structure and prepared to start demolishing it, one of our team members halted the other and asked if he heard "mewing." After crawling on their hands and knees for the source, much to the couple's amusement as they watched from the sidelines, they discovered wedged underneath a concave section of the barbecue three fluffy grey kittens. Our guys gently pulled the kittens from the crumbling bricks and handed one to the couple. The wife suggested that they may have come from the neighborhood stray cat that she had been feeding periodically for most of the early summer. The couple kept the darkest grey kitten which they aptly named Charcoal, and gave the other two to our Haul-Out team to keep. On of our guys kept the lightest grey kitten to bring home to his little sister, and named her Scraps. The smallest kitten, dark grey with brown patches, was kept for our Haul-Out call center representatives to stay at headquarters as our Haul-Out mascot. We named the kitten Rubble, since he was "hauled out" of the BBQ, and are giving him a happy home. The 1-800-Haul-Out team is excited about the new addition to our family, and are very glad we saved Rubble from accidentally getting demolished!
