Aug. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- SAVANNAH, Georgia - LOS ANGELES, California – Vaden Automotive Group and Cardone Training Technologies (CTTI), today announced a collaboration to bring transparency to the customer experience starting with the training process utilizing leading edge social media platforms, Google+ and USTREAM.

This session is a pilot program, streamed live featuring international sales trainer, Grant Cardone.  Cardone will provide his signature style of information-based sales training targeted for the team at the Vaden Automotive Group.  Vaden owner and CEO, Jane Vaden Thacher will open the call and will be joined by senior management and 100 colleagues and employees from ten dealerships of their premier auto group.  Anyone with a computer and Internet connection will be able to view the conference on USTREAM while those a part of either party’s Google+ Circle will be able to join the training session.

The format was specifically designed to provide an entirely new means of embracing best practices in customer services. The goal is to leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, USTREAM and Google+ to educate consumers about the automotive sales and service process.

The session with Vaden will include a kickoff by Jane Vaden Thacher focusing on the customer experience and her commitment to the program. Grant Cardone will follow with his sales program. Shane Gault, General Manager of Vaden of Beaufort, will discuss how he plans to incorporate this new program into his current business plan.
