Line dancing gives participants all the joys of dancing without the need for a partner.  It helps people maintain a healthy weight, good muscle tone, and youthful balance and coordination, while providing a good low impact cardio workout with no special equipment or clothing needed to get started. Professional instruction is now available online for the first time, helping people learn at their pace in the convenience of their home.

About the featured choreographer
Michael Diven first stepped onto a dance floor over 20 years ago, and with that step, this dancer/instructor/competitor/choreographer/DJ launched what would become a life-long passion, as well as a thriving business with Dare2Dance Productions. He has choreographed over 70 line dances to music of every genre, many of which are being danced at dance clubs around the world, and a number of which are recipients of choreography awards from various competition venues of the UCWDC. Mike has taught line dancing to literally thousands of people over the course of his career. He calls Central Pennsylvania home.
