Enhance made a module on Adult Learning

Aug. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Challenge: A leading IT company wanted a module developed as a proof of concept for its prospect. Thus the instructional, technical and media experience of Enhance chose a module on Adult Learning.

Solution: Enhance decided to make the module on Anchored instruction. A book was chosen as the mentor. This mentor could be a caricature as chosen in the module a model / instructor in a video. Various metaphors were used in the module. A parent and child conversation brings out the ASK attitude. Drag and drop exercises are used to explain the fear of asking. An instrument to bring out ones learning style is used next. This shows an adult how he can learn best. Hence the problem orientation towards learning of an adult is used to find out his style of learning. An interactive case of Ann is used to see how from knowing ones style to finding out how one learns better, the bridge can be built. Hence stories, games, interactive cases and psychometric instruments are used at the highest level to bring out Adult learning in this module.
