Baths by RJ Awarded the Women’s Choice Award by WomenCertified for Excellent Customer Experience

Aug. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Baths by RJ participated in our program in June 2011. WomenCertified conducted an audit survey of their database to make sure it was adhering to the standards set forth in the WomenCertified program. These included providing consistent remodeling and renovation methods, women friendly customer service, maintaining a top-quality facility, participating in community and charitable activities and other practices that create a positive atmosphere for women customers.

These standards were confirmed through the WomenCertified survey with Baths by RJ scoring excellent in several areas including ease of appointment setting, the caliber of service and the manner in which it is delivered by their technicians. In fact, more than 98% of the women polled said they would definitely recommend Baths by RJ to their family and friends.
