Zhongneng series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier plant/ oil Filtration/ oil purification/ oil treatment/ oil recondition is designed for the following application:

I. Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on.

II. Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, gas and impurities in transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing and maintain the oil's dielectric strength higher, make sure the electric device running safely.

III. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil

IV. Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration

V. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and online operation transformer .  

VI. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

VII. The oil technical data after Series ZYD oil purifier machine treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001

Advantage:

I. This plant is designed to remove moisture [free as well as dissolved], gases, dirt and oxidation products from mineral-based and synthetic, silicon oils and others. Systems are in flow rates from 300 LPH to 18000 LPH.
   
II. Custom built plants can be provided as per customer`s specific requirement, with more flow-rates.
   
III. These High-Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration and Dehydration Plants work on low temperature, high vacuum principle.

IV. The plants mainly consist of heating, filtration and vacuum system. Heating system aids to the filtration and moisture removal.

V.  Filtration systems remove suspended particles down to 1 micron such as rust, dirt, scales, colloidal carbon etc.
VI. Vacuum Systems remove moisture [emulsified as well as dissolved] down to less than 5 - 3 ppm depending on the working vacuum of the plant.
VII. Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine can dewater, degas and removes the impurities more quickly, more completely, and makes the oil BDV (Breakdown Voltage) of 72Kv or higher.
   
VIII. Two-stage vacuum pump, and it can advanced a large dehydration, degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash technology, fast and efficient to remove the oil in the water, impurities, hydrocarbons and other harmful ingredients, improve the insulating oil's flash point and compressive strength.
