MGS Appoints Mary Zadach as New CFO

July 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Ms. Zadach previously served as Controller for MGS and brings extensive financial experience to her new position, including strategic planning, analysis, acquisitions, and systems development. Her history includes serving as Controller at Coloplast/Mentor, where she led the finance and information technology departments for the company’s Minnesota operations as well as transition and integration of finance when Coloplast acquired Mentor’s urology business.

Previous to her work at Coloplast, Mary worked as Controller at Dri-Steem Humidifier, where she oversaw all aspects of the company’s financial management, and in several positions for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, including Director of Accounting Services.

Ms. Zadach holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
