AwareBear is located about one mile down the street on 5 Monroe Avenue in Pittsford NY from the Pittsford Plaza and the PlumGarden Japanese restaurant. During the winter months I love eating the hibachi at the Plum Garden. The Hibachi lobster is by far the best hibachi offered at the PlumGarden. During the summer months because of the heat sushi is my Japanese food of choice. says Andre Leite Alves (awarebear.com).

Making reservations at the Plum Garden is always a good idea due to its popularity. Friday and Saturday are the busiest days at the Plum Garden. Sometimes I wonder if the whole city of Rochester goes out to the Plum Garden to eat during the weekend and later go to the Pittsford Wegmans to do their grocery shopping. During the weekend the amount of cars and people quadruple in Pittsford NY. Sometimes I have the feeling I am living on a touristic destination that gets packed with people during the summer months.
