Truffles. They might smell like earth, tree roots and old cheese, but this gastronomic ingredient is very famous for its aroma, taste and aphrodisiac qualities.  Savoury truffles dishes include: Deer carpaccio with truffle mustard and ‘’bagna cauda” dressing; Fava beans soup, parmesan cheese and black truffle; Homemade tagliolini with black truffle; Baked rainbow trout from the “Royal project” with truffle sauce; Lamb chop truffle cutlet with potatoes cake served with red wine sauce and lastly, to end the evening with a beautiful dessert, Gorgonzola and walnut parfait, truffle honey sauce.
