P1 Groupe and Muehlner Motorsports Join Forces

July 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Muehlner Motorsports, a leading European Porsche Sports Car Team has pegged P1 Groupe to become their marketing partner for the remainder of the 2011 and full 2012 racing season. P1 Groupe will take over marketing duties which include contract negotiations between prospective sponsors and drivers as well as the creation and distribution of press releases and social media campaigns for those negotiated events. P1 Groupe is a leading motorsports management and marketing company and with Muehlner planning to run multiple teams in specific GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series as well as the American Le Mans Series races, they will ask P1 Groupe to help fill those race cars with world-class driving talent.

Muehlner Motorsports is a motorsports team that is known all across the world for their preparation and results. The racing organization was formed in 1989 and to date have raced on circuits in eighteen different countries amassing a total of 105-race wins, 242-podium finishes, eight points championships, and three runner-up finishes in the points championship coming into the 2011 racing season. Having raced in hundreds of different races, Muehlner Motorsports has ties to drivers from all over the globe. To date over 201-drivers from as many as 25-countries have sat behind the wheel of a Muehlner Motorsports machine. With P1 Groupe on board, that total number of drivers can only go up.

This recent agreement is not the first occasion that these two successful companies have joined forces. P1 Groupe driver Dion von Moltke was placed in the Muehlner Motorsports Porsche for the 2011 24 Hours at Daytona, which resulted in a Top-10, finish in the famed venue. Muehlner Motorsports will again be running in the 24 Hours at Daytona in January as well as the 12 Hours of Sebring in March in 2012. Both companies are excited about their new partnership and look forward to continued success together both on and off the race track.
