Retro Gamer Challenge Tournament

July 7, 2011 - PRLog -- The Retro Gamer Challenge, as the classic gaming tournament is called, will feature several classic consoles with numerous well known games readily available for play and purchase. Games, systems, food and video game related paraphernalia will all be readily available for sale throughout the event. The Retro Gamer Challenge will take place July 23rd, 2011 from 2PM – 11PM at the Preston VFW, 28 Spicer Road, Preston, Connecticut. .

Various side tournaments will be taking place around the main tournament, which includes 12 popular video game titles, with prizes going to the winners and runner up. This month’s tournament will also feature an Xbox 360 Kinect demo for modern players, a first for F.R.A.G. events, which have always focused more on classic video games. Aside from the 360 Kinect, all systems at the event will be older than the Playstation 2 (which is not included).
