Tracy Betts to Present at PRSA Seminar

June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Balance Interactive CEO Tracy Betts will present at an upcoming Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) seminar directed at association communications on online membership engagement.

Betts’ presentation, entitled "Not a Bond Cocktail: Shaking and Stirring the Right Ingredients for Effective Online Membership Engagement," will use the efforts of the International Sign Association (ISA) as a case study to show how associations can successfully leverage web technology to drive member retention, acquisition and engagement. Betts will be accompanied by Balance Interactive client Sarah Singleton, Director of Marketing at ISA.

The PRSA seminar will take place on Thursday, June 30 from 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. at 701 N. Fairfax Street, Alexandria, V.A. 22314.
