For months I talked about making an eBook.  I told my friends, my family, anyone really, who would listen.  But, I could never get myself to sit down and write it.  Why NOT?  

Because my brain had me convinced that the task of making an eBook was too overwhelming, the results were too far in the future, and my aptitude was too low, to accomplish such a great feat.  

All of these negative comments, supplied by my brain, were lies.  Lies, my ego was telling me to keep me safely inside my comfort zone.  Could I handle being an eBook Author?  My ego felt that such a title was a little bit too big for the likes of me.
