Based on sound decision making principles the “business value delivered” approach to business case development includes a robust analysis of multiple alternatives, a true analysis of the value potential and a full assessment of the risks.
Viewed from the governance level the “business value delivered” business case development approach is an essential element of the “governance cycle” which is designed to ensure that projected benefits and value are realised. The "governance cycle" also requires the use of a consistent approach to measuring business value created while ensuring that business decisions are based on reliable and comparable information. The “business value delivered” based business case has multiple applications and is a powerful tool for managing change, improving performance and executing strategy.

This workshop is designed by Jeff Jackson for all professionals who are required to submit business cases to secure support for change, improving performance and executing strategy with little or formal training in the process. All participants will be provided with the principles and skills of developing and presenting a successful business case. By the end of the workshop participants will understand the principles and skills required to develop and present a successful business case.
