Hirsch has been re-elected as President of the Wildlife for Tomorrow Foundation Board of Directors for 2011-2012. Mr. Hirsch has served as President of the organization since 2004 and has been a Director since 1999.

Wildlife for Tomorrow Foundation serves as the 501(c)(3) charitable organization for the Arizona Game and Fish Department and works closely with the Department to provide additional support for fish and wildlife management, protection and recreation projects and education activities where traditional resources are not adequate. It oversees the Arizona Outdoor Hall of Fame and is a founding sponsor of the Tres Rios Nature and Earth Festival held in the West Valley every March, as well as other programs and initiatives. Mr. Hirsch’s practice concentrates on general business and commercial litigation and has included several jury trials concerning eminent domain, contract and lease disputes, valuation of real estate, land use regulation and other government takings of undeveloped and improved land, income producing properties, utility property and certificated areas and water rights.
