John Caughell presents on Sharing at the Building Industry Assocation's Auction for Political Action

May 27, 2011 - PRLog -- John Caughell, Marketing Coordinator for Argentstratus, presented his speech on “Sharing” last night, Thursday May 26, 2011 at the Argentstratus Auction for Political Action.  This annual event raises money for the Building Industry Group so it can find, select, and help elect pro-building industry candidates.  

“Securely sharing data, information and business intelligence is going to be the cornerstones of the 21st century business.” said John.  “We designed the Argentstratus Private Virtual Office so enterprises can safely collaborate with partners anywhere.”

John and the Infrastructure Coordinator Mike Leitch both manned the Company’s trade table.  The literature included detailed aspects of their security safeguards and a copy of the comfort letter given to new clients.  The most exciting part of the table for the Argentstratus team, however, was the dual Powerpoint demonstrations.

The team set up the two Acer Aspire One netbooks and connected to the Private Virtual Office through a Verizon Mobile Wireless (MI-FI) hotspot.  This approach showed the guests at the Auction the power and versatility of the Private Virtual Office.  “I do all my work on our PVO” said John.    

John’s speech to the more than 200 guests centered on the company’s focus on secured access and storage.  Highlights of the speech include, “Argentstratus was formed because we asked a basic question, “What is the purpose of creating data?”  We believe it is to share it.  But why share it?  Because, at the end of the day, you just want to make a decision and decision making requires information. Our Private Virtual Office is really all about decision making and protecting the data and information your business creates and gathers.”
