May 23, 2011 - PRLog -- On Friday June 3, 2011, Jerry Intihar (http://www.wix.com/jerryintihar/home) is set to perform at St. Mary’s Pavilion for the Johnstown Polkafest. This performance will be Intihar’s first time performing at the Polkafest in years and is a special event for Intihar. “[Thanks to] the Johnstown Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and Polish Bill for having us back again. I’d like to invite our local and out of town fans,” says Intihar.  Intihar will take the stage at 4:30 pm, followed by other great bands starting at 6 pm.

Intihar is sure to put on a lively show with lots of energy. This year’s performance will feature songs that showcase Intihar’s history in the music industry. Including a variety of ethnic polkas and waltzes, songs like the “Beer Barrel Polka” and the “Blue Skirt Waltz” are sure to be played. Intihar will also “dig out” some older songs that audience members may have forgotten about.

The weekend-long Johnstown Polkafest draws over 10,000 people from all across the United States. There is no admission fee and all parking is free. Shuttle busses will also be available to transport people to St. Mary’s Pavilion.
