Audi Centre Jordan scores number one in the Middle East in the Audi After Sales Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) 2010

May 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Amman - For the third consecutive year, the after sales division of Audi Jordan, represented by Nuqul Automotive proudly attained the highest score in the after sales overall customer satisfaction survey among all Audi dealerships in the Middle East.

The survey, which was conducted across the region, targeted Audi buyers and measured their overall after sales satisfaction by examining their experiences at Audi’s workshops and the services offered in terms of convenience, response, waiting time and maintenance quality.

Mr. Bilal Al Ribi', General Manager of the After Sales Department at Nuqul Automotive, said: “Our after sales team is proud to be recognized as service leaders for three years in a row.
