OEM Business. Only replace our logo with the customer’s logo. You can send us the logo artwork in CAD. CorelDraw file. Or Photoshop file.
When the prototype is finished, we will take photos for the customer’s confirmation. Then the prototype will be shipped to you for a final check.  
ODM Business. Customers provide the schematic or layout. We manufacture guitar amplifiers and place the customer’s logo onto the finished product. When we finish the prototype, it will be shipped to the customer for them to examine. Once tested and approved, if necessary, the unit can be modified to suit the customer’s needs. Developing new products is a complicated process, which takes both time and money. So please be patient.  
SKD or CKD Business. If you only require kits or accessories from Kldguitar please send us the list of components. We will provide you with the highest quality Chinese kits and electrical components.
2.Do we accept trial orders?
Yes. Customers can order 1-2 amps as test samples before the commencement of the production run of their order .The price of a trial order is the same as the wholesale price of each unit.
3.How are amps shipped ?
3.1 Shipped by DHL. When the weight of a package is between 1-45kgs it is better to use DHL, UPS or TNT. The delivery time is 3-5 days. It is a door to door service. After customer’s amps have been collected from our premises, they can be tracked via the transport companies website.
Due to the high cost of both DHL and UPS, those companies are only selected to ship sample or trial orders.
3.2 Shipped by air fright .The minimum weight for air fright is 45kgs (This means that even though your goods might weigh less than 45kg, you will be charged for 45kg). Therefore it is better to ship goods by air freight when  the consignment weighs between 45kg -100kg, The delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Please note that the cost of air fright changes from time by time.
3.3 By Sea. The minimum volume of a consignment by sea is 1 cubic metre. (1 m3) This is by far the cheapest option. Typically this will take 15-30 days.

2. OEM from us. If you have a new design, or you can provide a sample to us. We can make OEM for you. The brand and technical copyright of the production remain your property. We don’t sell to other customers. We can introduce you to our other customers, and let them order from you.
3. ODM from us, if you only want to change the logo, we can make a logo for you..
4. SKD. We provide our kits for your company to assemble the whole product. It might cost your company less as there would be less import Duty and shipping charges to pay.
