World Cocoa Foundation Partnership Meeting WHEN: Wednesday and Thursday, May 18 and 19, 2011 WHERE: WHO: More than 200 representatives from industry, government, development organizations, and research institutes in countries around the globe. Keynote addresses by Maura O’Neill, Senior Counselor to the Administrator for Innovation, US Agency for International Development, and Sunny Verghese, CEO, Olam International Ltd (Singapore). The two-day program also includes sessions on: Sequencing the Cacao Genome—Implications for Farmers, Sustainability and Other Agricultural Commodities, Tracing the Origin of Fine Flavor Landraces of Cacao, and the Outlook for the Southeast Asia Cocoa Sector.
