Jessica Bryan Named Builder Representative for Briar Chapel Custom Builder Group

A native of Los Angeles, Jessica’s professional career has centered primarily on residential real estate. She excelled in onsite new home sales in California before relocating with her husband to Chapel Hill in 1995. Upon her arrival in the Triangle, Jessica opted to go into general brokerage real estate to acquaint herself with her new environment. After six award-winning years with a large Triangle general brokerage firm, Jessica opened the doors to her own boutique real estate agency in 2001, House to Home Realty. Although this enterprise continues to thrive, Jessica has turned over her broker-in-charge reins to another agent, as she has now embarked upon the next chapter of her professional career at Briar Chapel.

Jessica is an active member of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors® (GCHAR), where she has served in numerous leadership positions, including President and Board Mediator. In fact, Jessica is a former GCHAR Realtor® of the Year. Jessica is a member of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC), an organization of the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties; the NC Association of Realtors®; and the National Association of Realtors®. As if these professional organizations were not enough, Jessica is also involved in the Chatham Arts Council, Habitat for Humanity, All Faiths Council, Affordable Housing, and the Carolina Club.

As evidence of Jessica’s dedication to the industry, she has received training to become a Green Consultant and a Certified Eco Broker.
