Golf is a systemic motion. Common injury is due tothe players body. such as insufficient body flexibility,unbalanced physical strength or due to lacking skill on swinging . Common injury happens to those body parts such as neck (not flexible enough), shoulder(do not understand swinging very well), the back (do not understand swinging very well either), waist(unbalanced physical strength), knees (not flexible enough) and ankle (flexibility). to minimize injury, you need to reduce your force when swinging, then do targeted training accordng to the different bosy parte.Do remember to do it after getting the right analysis on body parts.

For instance,

1. waist go out? Don't put excessive force!
2. Shoulder subluxation? Don't put excessive force!
3. Twist to the ankle? To keep your feet before hitting and do more Practise on squating!
4. Chest muscle strains? Don't put excessive force!
5. Beginners always handle the stem so tight that fingers and palms will get blisters! The answer is to do practice again and again until the blisters move to your left hand from the right hand, then you are really into it.
6. Cue off-hand injury on other people? Wear gloves and hold tighter.You'd better buy an insurance!
