Lil Wayne is Knocking it Out with Jennifer Lopez and The Game

April 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Imagine the heat in the room as the resurrected star power of Jennifer Lopez saunters in.  It intensifies with the raw animal magnetism of Lil Wayne.  With these two teaming up together to shoot the “I’m Into You” video we can be sure the sparks will fly and the heat will be set on high.

Two recent still shots have been released from the set to get everyone’s hearts pounding in anticipation.  The stills show J ‘Lo wearing a teasingly tiny black dress with amazing thigh high black boots.  Her appearance in the stills proves People magazine did not make a mistake naming Jennifer the Most Beautiful woman of 2011.  At 41 years old she can make men of all ages melt with desire.

Lil Wayne was not about to be outdone.  In the photos he is dressed in a ferocious black outfit.  Their appearance together does not look like a couple from the suburbs, but a couple ready to sizzle through the night.  These two simple still photos are helping to fuel the anticipation of the videos release on May 2nd.  

Will the “I’m Into You” Video Make or Break Jennifer’s New Album?
Jennifer’s newest musical release is scheduled to hit the shelves one day after the video hits the market.  You can be sure J ‘Lo and her marketing team are hoping the video is hot, catches fire, and spreads virally around the world.  It could help launch her album to the top of the charts if it pulls the right attention.

If the video flops it could easily be an anchor weighing down the release of her album.  Looking at Jennifer’s history you can see major flops, but primarily one horrible movie.  Jennifer’s musical career  has always carried star power now the question is can she bring it back to the top.  Lil Wayne’s current status as one of the hottest artists around could be the catalyst she needs.

Lil Wayne Brings The Game Into Play
Lil Wayne is not only busy working with Jennifer, but is working hard on the road.  He was just seen at the Honda Center in Anaheim California where to everyone’s surprise he was joined by The Game.  The Game was just recently released by the Canadian authorities after being refused entrance to Canada.   They held him in custody for an unusually long time without giving any clear announcement to the reason.  The Game’s surprise appearance in Anaheim rocked the house as no one could have anticipated his appearance.  He belted out “My Life” which was one of the highlights of the evening.

The Lil Wayne Tragedy Story – The Carter IV
It may be time for Lil Wayne to get back to work and quit playing around with Jennifer and The Game.  It was just announced The Carter IV album will be delayed until June 21 instead of the anticipated May 16 release.  The May 16 release would have allowed the album to ride the popularity wave of the “I’m Into You” video with Jennifer Lopez and on the tails of Jen’s album.  With the new delay the excitement of the video will be long departed forcing the album to create momentum on its own.  This is probably fine with Lil Wayne.  He is perpetually confident in his ability to take it to the next level and his fans are anxiously awaiting his new album, even with this slight delay.
