Propertyzote.com to commence charging access to wanted property link

The move is also aimed at improving propertyzote.com revenue. Propertyzote.com has struggled to draw revenue despite its popularity in East Africa. Propertyzote.com is the largest online real estate company in East Africa. Its has a database of over 630 estate agents and over 0.3million hits a month.
Proepertyzote.com founder Kaptich said that online companies in Africa in general have to dig deep to draw revenue. When you have a situation whereby Radio is still the most popular communication channel in the continent and internet the least favorite, certainly you are not going to expect dot com companies to fair well.  
Radio still remains the most popular media in Africa.
Kaptich is optimistic however that things will improve dramatically especially because internet in Africa is growing at a rate of about 20% per annum.
