Japanese Disaster Relief Concert in Raleigh, April 21, Hosted by Inside919.com Professional Network

April 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC -  Several musicians in the Triangle are coming together for more than an evening of entertainment on Thursday, April 21, 2011. They will participate in a very special concert in Raleigh designed to benefit the victims of Japan’s tsunami and earthquake.

Advance tickets are $20 and may be purchased at http://www.japanrelief21.eventbrite.com or at the door on the day of the event for $30. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and music starts at 6:00 p.m.

The event is being sponsored by Inside 919.com Local Business Network and Sisters' Catering in Raleigh, which has offered its venue as the concert site.

Pat Howlett, founder of the Inside919 Network, www.inside919.com, says he has personal and professional reasons for wanting to help. “The Tsunami is personal because I have extended family who have been affected. As the founder of the Inside919 online community, it is my desire to provide the 3600 members of Inside919 and others in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area a local opportunity to help.”

Scheduled to appear are Musical composer and guitarist, Diogenes Ruiz http://diogenesruiz.com/; singer- songwriter, David Patrick Bryan; Blues/Folk/Rock singer-songwriter William D. Burton, and The Nick Driver Band. Emcee for the evening will be comedian Les Long.

The benefit concert will be held at Sister’s Garden, 2400 E. Millbrook Road in Raleigh, NC. Doors open at 5:30pm. http://www.sisterscatering.com/ There will be butlered appetizers and a cash bar available. The actual performances begin at 6pm.
