National Skills Academy for Financial Services launches Prudential training partnership

April 4, 2011 - PRLog -- The National Skills Academy for Financial Services has partnered with Prudential plc to bring the insurer’s financial skills training packages to the wider financial services sector through new online learning courses, including key issues such as treating customers fairly.

Accessible through the Skills Academy’s LINK online learning portal, employers will now be able to purchase these high-quality programmes for their employees.

The products offered range from introductory courses on topics such as investment products and savings to specialist areas on regulation and accuracy, continued professional development courses, and tools to help business development.

The portal is also a key resource for the Skills Academy’s network of training providers as it provides learning resources, up-to-date information about the sector and access to the Navigator Discovery Tool, a diagnostic business development tool.
