Extended Scope Authorization to Provide Construction Supervision Services in Russia Obtained by SGS

April 4, 2011 - PRLog -- SGS Vostok Limited is one of the first expert organizations to obtain an authorization to provide Construction Supervision services for complex construction sites. The Self-Regulating Organization of Builders StroyRegion issued the Certificate of Authorization which is unlimited in time and covers the whole area of the Russian Federation.

The list of works impacting the safety of capital construction projects has been extended by Construction Supervision services as a result of Decree No. 624 which was issued by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation in December 2009.

Construction Supervision services (http://www.sgs.com/construction__building_infratrsucture__supervision.htm?serviceId=17352&lobId=5550) provided by SGS ensure compliance of works with design documents, the requirements of technical regulations, the results of feasibility studies and statutory requirements related to land use.
