Board of Governors meets in Swaffham

April 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust's board of governors will meet in public in Swaffham on April 6.

At the public board meeting the Trust's carers’ council will present an overview of what it has achieved in 2010 and the work that is planned for 2011. The chair of the Trust's service users’ council will provide an update to the governors on occupational therapy and complementary therapy.  

The board of governors represents the views of people across Norfolk and Waveney and helps shape the direction of the Trust.

The public are also invited to an informal ‘meet your governors’ session being held between 12.00 and 1.30pm before the board meeting.  At this session questions can be asked or issues raised on a one to one basis.

The board of governors meeting will start at 1.30pm in the Dr Harvey Room, EcoTech Centre, Swaffham, PE37 7HT. Refreshments will be available from 1pm.
