CDR WineLab, the wine analyzer, at Intervitis in Vienna 2011

March 31, 2011 - PRLog -- From 10th to 12th April, the INTERVITIS Trade Fair for Wine and Fruit Technology 2011 is being held in Vienna, as the central industry forum for the wine and fruit-growing industry in Central and Eastern Europe.

In INTERVITIS Fair CDR WineLab will be presented by its distributor NOACK & Co.

CDR WineLab is a simple and reliable wine analysis system that is able to determine the amount of tital acidity, acetic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, free and total sulfur dioxide, alchol, pH, anthocyanins, polyphenols, sugars, glucose and fructose in just a few minutes and without sample pre-treatment.

Thanks to its simplicity, WineLab can be used directly in wineries during all the wine processing phases to control the degree of ripening of grapes, the progress of fermentation and the "health" of the wine during aging.

WineLab is designed by CDR s.r.l., an Italian company specialized in the research and development of products and application in the Food Diagnostics.
